Parcels are traceable to the point where they have left Shenzhen. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on international courier services. We will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by the couriers. We usually use DHL,UPS,Fedex and so on.If you need other courier service,pls tell us and we will meet your requirements.

5.Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Cables are tested before shippment one by one.And if the cables are damaged not due to man-made sabotage in a year,you can send back to us on your own expenses, and we will renew them free of charge and will pay the shipping cost for the way back.

12. Payment
Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.Western Union,Money Gram,T/T or Paypal is all OK.And every customer should bear the handling charge when you do the payment.When you use paypal,pls bear 3.9%+0.3 handing charge because when we collect money by paypal,they will charge us 3.9%+0.3 fee if the amount is within USD3000.
